Crock Pot Spinach Dip

Chips and some sort of dip is a must at any kind of gathering with food! This Crock Pot Spinach Dip paired with some tortilla chips is the perfect addition to any get together, even tailgating with friends!

The weather has really turned into some nice fall season weather that we all love here in Indiana! Cool mornings with warm mid to high 70 degree days! Its the time of year that I would love for it to last 6 months! Harvest is right around the corner, basically already here in Indiana! We have been picking pumpkins for about a week now and looks as though I'll be finding my place in the tractor pulling the auger cart helping in the fields very soon!

This Crock Pot Spinach Dip is cheesy goodness packed full of flavor with the bacon and spinach!

Crock Pot Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach - 10 oz. thawed
1 package bacon, cooked crispy, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar pepper jack cheese
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes, well drained

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the diced tomatoes. Mix ingredients well. Pour into your Crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour. Mix in diced tomatoes. Serve warm with chips.

I enjoyed cooking them in the Colts Crockpot from the Indianapolis Colts and my friends at Indiana Soybean Alliance. Do you have the best tailgate? Enter The Colts Best Tailgate here for a chance to win great prizes!
